If we can help, we coordinate with suitable hospitals and English-speaking specialists in Shanghai. You receive a written medical plan, a price estimate and a treatment timeline — before any payment.
Once you decide to proceed, you pay (a) the hospital's confirmation deposit to lock your appointment, and (b) 50% of the MedPassCN service fee. We then issue your official hospital invitation letter for your visa and secure your doctor's schedule.
We meet you at the airport, handle admission, appointments, interpretation, transport and hotel. The remaining 50% of the service fee is paid on arrival — after you've met your coordinator and seen the hospital.
You pay the hospital directly for consultations, scans, surgery and medication — the hospital issues you an official receipt. We keep coordinating throughout your stay and translate your discharge summary for follow-up after you return home.
MedPassCN never holds your medical funds. You pay the hospital counter directly, with an official receipt in your name.
We accept credit card, PayPal and company-account wire transfers. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
Before the hospital invitation is issued, the 50% deposit is fully refundable. After it is issued, only non-recoverable hospital costs are deducted. All figures are confirmed in writing — no hidden charges.
No. MedPassCN is a medical concierge and travel coordination service. Diagnosis and treatment are always provided by licensed hospitals and physicians.
We coordinate your request and the logistics around it, but appointment availability and all medical decisions depend on each hospital and licensed physician.
Yes. We coordinate English and Korean medical interpretation for consultations, report explanation and discharge summaries.
For health checks, a few days' notice is usually enough. For specialist consultations and second opinions, earlier is better — write to us with your dates and we will tell you exactly what is possible.
