About MedPassCN
MedPassCN is a medical navigation service for international patients coming to China. We help you understand what care is available, match you with the right hospital and specialist, and coordinate the booking, language and logistics — so you can focus on your health.
What We Do
We coordinate health checkups and serious medical treatment at international hospitals in Shanghai (SIMC, ParkwayHealth) and Guangzhou (Jinshazhou Hospital International Ward). We provide English communication, price transparency, appointment booking and follow-up support.
What We Don't Do
We are not a hospital. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment ourselves. All medical care is delivered by licensed Chinese hospitals and physicians. We do not guarantee treatment outcomes or cure. We do not share your medical records without your consent.

You pay the hospital for medical services. A booking deposit or coordination fee, if applicable, is quoted clearly in advance — never hidden. You always know what you're paying before you commit.
Some partner hospitals (including SIMC) directly bill a number of international insurance providers. We will confirm coverage for your specific plan before booking.
Yes. English communication is standard across all partnered hospitals. We can also coordinate other languages on request.
Health checkups: typically 3–7 days. Serious medical cases: depends on specialist availability, usually 1–3 weeks from records review to appointment.
